Terms and conditions: 1. RESERVATION guests contact Residenza San Paolo by e-mail info@residenzasanpaolo.com or phone (+39 3471776387) in order to verify rooms’ availability and book directly. The booking confirmation depends on rooms’ availability and the payment of deposit. 2. PAYMENT to be done after written confirmation of room availability. Guests will have to pay in advance the 50% of the total amount within 2 days after booking confirmation. The rest of the amount to be paid cash the day of arrival. A security deposit of € 200 will be requested as guarantee and given back to the guests in the absence of damages. 3. CANCELLATION from 40 to 16 days before the date of arrival: to be paid 30% penalty of the total amount; from 15 days before: to be paid 50% penalty of the total amount. No refund in case of stay interruption. 4. CHECK-IN from 4.00pm and CHECK-OUT by 10.00am of the day of departure. There is no reception desk, therefore the guests are kindly requested to promptly comunicate by e-mail or phone the expected time of arrival and the mean of transport. 5. NUMBER OF PERSONS Only the guests indicated on the booking confirmation are allowed to stay in our rooms. 6. CLEANING Upon arrival the rooms are clean and equipped with linen. During the stay the guests have to care about the cleaning. 7. REGULATION FOR GUESTS – Guests have to respect the rules of the apartment house. Do not disturb from 1.00pm to 4.00pm and from 10.30pm to 8.00am; guests are kindly requested to put the waste outside in the proper trash cans; extra cost of € 30,00 in case of loss of the keys for door lock change or for any other intervention (as for instance key forgotten inside the room, damages to remote control, etc.).
