The residence spreads over 3 floors without lift and consists of one and two-room flats. Every room is fully furnished, recently renovated, cool, bright and cosy.
One-room flat type

- 1 bathroom with shower
- kitchenette (2 gas cookers, fridge, freezer, kitchenware, placemats)
- Bed linen and bath towels not included: upon request € 10 per person for 1 set bed linen and 1 set of bath towels.
Two-room flat type

- up to 4 beds, blankets
- 2 wardrobes, table, chairs
- 1 bathroom with shower
- kitchenette (4 gas cookers, fridge, freezer, kitchenware, placemats)
- Bed linen and bath towels not included: upon request € 10 per person for 1 set bed linen and 1 set of bath towels.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Bills are included in the price of the room (electricity, water, gas).
Set of bed linen or bath towels are changed on request: € 10,00 per person.
